Tekk Resources Group is urgently seeking experienced Loader/Digger Operators and General Site Workers for an immediate start on a 3:1 roster. This position is a casual employment engagement offering up to 12hour days and 3/4 swings. Successful candidates must have a Rio Tinto site induction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating small loaders and diggers
• Assisting with general site work when not operating machinery
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Working effectively within a team

Requirements:

• Rio Tinto tickets (mandatory)
• Operator tickets (beneficial)
• Experience operating small loaders and diggers
• Good attitude and ability to integrate well with a team
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to take on additional work scopes and opportunities

Hourly Wage: $50 $55 per hour (rate negotiable)
Rosters: 3:1 FIFO roster
