Legal Counsel - Working Student MWD

Tasks

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Working Student to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity for a law student who is eager to gain practical experience in intellectual property law and the startup ecosystem. You will work closely with our experienced CEO gaining handson experience in various legal matters including IP strategy development contract review compliance and legal research.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with the drafting reviewing and negotiating of commercial/IT contracts and IP agreements
• Conduct legal research on various topics including IP law regulatory and compliance matters
• Participate in client meetings and provide support on IP strategy projects
• Maintain and organize legal files and documentation

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a law degree program (Bachelors or Masters).
• Strong academic record with a focus on intellectual property law or commercial/IT law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German required Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
