Project Manager

Our client based in Fribourg is looking for a systems and network engineer in charge of the Infrastructure team and the management of the clients networks and systems.

The employee will also be involved in the implementation of the Groups IT systems in Europe Africa and Asia.

Tasks

• Provide professional and efficient IT support and training to users in Europe and on remote sites (Africa Asia).
• Manage the administration of the Groups networks and IT systems (servers firewalls wireless systems electrical equipment infrastructure).
• Manage and supervise the IT equipment of the subsidiaries in collaboration with local teams.
• Participate in the administration of the central infrastructure in Switzerland (VMware Fortinet Cisco Citrix MSSQL MS Exchange Avaya etc.).
• Manage various IT infrastructure projects in Europe and Africa.
• Carry out technical missions in Europe Africa and Asia (30 to 50 days per year).

• Citrix XenApp XenDesktop
• MS Exchange MS SQL Database
• VEEAM data backup systems Veritas BackupExec
• IT hardware (servers workstations peripherals components etc.)
• Ability to manage IT projects of all sizes and complexity

Knowledge of one or more of these technologies would be a plus:

• MS SharePoint
• vSAT satellite communications systems
• NetApp and storage technologies
• ESET Server console
• MS Azure cloud

Language skills:

• French: complete fluency required (oral and written)
• English: advanced level required (oral and written)
