Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products services and policies.
  • Process orders returns and exchanges as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
  • Achieve and maintain performance targets for speed accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Proficient in using customer service software databases and tools.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A positive and professional attitude.
