Job Description
- Design of Network Infrastructure
- Ensure the operational stability of the network
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex network issues
- Provide Level 2-3+ support for any network or security issues, including escalations from the NOC team
- Participate with the team in change and incident management processes; provide root cause analysis for service distributions
- Maintain a comprehensive level of documentation that reflects the current network environment
- Perform installations, configurations, maintenance, and operations of any new or existing network infrastructure devices.
- Work with multiple teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks or other network configuration issues
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for Critical Issues
- Routers and Switches, and OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS, PBR, Route-Filtering, Redistribution, Summarization, Static Routing and Multicast Routing
- LAN/WAN Technologies: Ethernet, Frame Relay, MPLS VPN, VxLAN, EVPN, VPLS.
- Protocols: IP, TCP, UDP, ICMP, NAT, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, IPsec ,SSL, HTTP, SSH, SIP, RTP, QoS
- Security: Not limited to Audit/SIEM Solution (such as IPS/IDS, Anti-virus, Nessus scanning, vulnerability management, etc.)
