Senior Manager - Cloud Infra Management International Service Provider

• Designing implementing and improving the efficiency of current network environment.

• Installing configuring and supporting network equipment including routers switches Meraki SD WAN devices DNS DHCP & Wireless

• Controllers Configuring firewall rules routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and enhanced security .

• Daily operational issues & their troubleshooting Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Arranging scheduled upgrades Investigating faults in the network Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases.

• Reporting network status to key stakeholders Provide Level2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve major/complex issues.

• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.

• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Job Requirements and skills:

• Experience: 8 years in Core networking

• Proven experience in a network administrator role

• Hands on experience in networking routing and switching of Legacy Nexus & Meraki devices.

• Nexus ACI (added advantage)

• Excellent knowledge of best practices around network management control and monitoring of DC/server infrastructure.

• Expertise in networking protocols.

• Experience with firewalls Internet VPNs remote implementation troubleshooting and problem resolution is desired.

• Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies Great at organizing prioritizing and multitasking
