Job Description:

We are looking for skilled Box Header Welders with proficiency in GMAW and FCAW processes specializing in carbon steel. The successful candidate will be required to pass a 2G Plate test on a 1 single bevel plate which includes a 3/16 open root with 0.45 Mig hardwire and Flux fill and cap. Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to set up welders to produce cosmetically pleasing spatterfree welds.
• Prior knowledge of MIG and flux core welding processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot welding equipment.
• Working knowledge of basic fabrication equipment (e.g. saws grinders etc.).
• Ability to use weld fixtures.
• Must be able to read and comprehend production schedules.
• Maintain an organized and tidy workspace adhering to housekeeping standards.
