- Support Renewal Pipeline Review for assigned Account Directors when they populate
- Accurately identify contracts which require renewals; review and interpret conditions required for renewal
- Leverage our internal tools to ensure critical fields in client engagement letters are accurate: entity names Clients web names Salesforce opportunities products and product quantities
- Update scoping details on entity records to match client requirements
- Collaborate with Account Directors and Deal Desk teams to organize the correct documentation and problemsolve missing or incorrect information
- Raise opportunities for upsell to Growth AE

Requirements
- You have experience working with tools (familiarity with Salesforce is a must) and have showcased the ability to learn new tools quickly
- You have experience working with contracts
- You are comfortable with data and various fields
