Fund Admin Renewals Associate

• Support Renewal Pipeline Review for assigned Account Directors when they populate
  
• Accurately identify contracts which require renewals; review and interpret conditions required for renewal
  
• Leverage our internal tools to ensure critical fields in client engagement letters are accurate: entity names Clients web names Salesforce opportunities products and product quantities
  
• Update scoping details on entity records to match client requirements
  
• Collaborate with Account Directors and Deal Desk teams to organize the correct documentation and problemsolve missing or incorrect information
  
• Raise opportunities for upsell to Growth AE
  
• 7% annual increase eligibility

Requirements

• You have experience working with tools (familiarity with Salesforce is a must) and have showcased the ability to learn new tools quickly
  
• You have experience working with contracts
  
• You are comfortable with data and various fields
  
• You communicate effectively and are able to multitask to meet multiple deadlines
  
• You have the ability to work crossfunctionally with teams
  
• You have the ability to deal with uncertainties and ambiguous situations
