Production Manager

As a Production Manager you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the production process for our clients company. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of the production team ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently on time and with the highest level of quality. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and promised delivery dates.

Oversee and manage the production team providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Collaborate with other departments such as supply chain quality control and engineering to ensure seamless production processes.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Train and develop production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet performance expectations.

Manage and allocate resources to optimize productivity and costeffectiveness.

Monitor and analyze production KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.

Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve production processes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in a production management role within the manufacturing industry.

Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and streamlining production processes.

Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Indepth knowledge of production planning and control principles and practices.

Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.

Knowledge of safety and quality standards and regulations.

Proficient in using MS Office and production management software.
