Job Description

As we expand our footprint in Frenchspeaking markets we are seeking a motivated FrenchSpeaking Sales Representative to join our team remotely from Portugal.

Position Overview:

The FrenchSpeaking Sales Representative will be pivotal in driving our business growth. You will be responsible for discovering new business prospects cultivating relationships with potential customers and ensuring topnotch service to our current clients. Your mission will be to comprehend each clients unique needs and provide customized solutions to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Actively seek out and engage potential clients in Frenchspeaking regions through various methods including email phone social media and networking events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients understanding their business requirements and offering solutions that align with their goals.
  • Sales Demonstrations: Conduct product demos and presentations to highlight the value and advantages of our technology solutions clearly explaining how our products can solve client problems.
  • Closing Sales: Negotiate terms and finalize sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Ensure all client needs are fully addressed in the process.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends market conditions and competitor activities. Use this information to effectively position our products and refine sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement successful sales strategies. Share insights and feedback to enhance our offerings.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports forecasts and updates to management. Monitor and analyze sales performance adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Customer Support: Offer excellent postsales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster longterm relationships. Address any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher is required for effective communication within the company.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • SelfMotivation: Highly motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and remotely while staying connected and engaged with the team.
  • Experience: Previous sales experience in the technology sector is a plus but not required. We seek individuals passionate about technology with a willingness to learn.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of technology products and services with the capacity to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
