Job Description

Our client a leading provider of innovative solutions in DataOps Analytics RPA Digital Transformation GenAI and Copilot is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join their team and drive sales growth in a designated region of the United States.


Enterprise Sales Executive IT
USA/Remote


Your responsibilities:

  • Fullcycle sales: You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing deals with the support of internal sales and marketing teams.
  • Key account management: You will manage and grow relationships with key accounts in your region ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
  • Market development: You will identify and develop new business opportunities in your region expanding the companys reach and customer base.
  • Sales strategy execution: You will execute the companys sales strategy in your region adapting it to local market conditions and customer needs.
  • Sales reporting and forecasting: You will provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to the CRO ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record: At least 5 years of experience in selling to and closing deals with Fortune 1000 companies with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Industry expertise: Experience in selling solutions in DataOps Analytics RPA Digital Transformation GenAI or Copilot is highly desirable.
  • Hunter mentality: A proactive and resultsoriented approach to sales with a strong drive to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Relationshipbuilding skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude: Familiarity with the technologies and solutions offered by the company as well as the ability to conduct online demos and presentations.
