Corporate Paralegal

The Corporate Paralegal provides a variety of legal assistance to the Legal Department by providing research support services including document preparation and review assist with creating and revising policies and Company forms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and provides legal assistance to the General Counsel in all aspects of corporate practice.
• Assist attorneys with litigation support services.
• Communicate with counsel regarding case developments in order to update litigation log and litigation reserves data needed by other company departments periodically
• Research and analyze regulations legal articles judicial decisions and other legal sources; provide written analysis to attorneys.
• Produce documents related to the development and implementation of corporate policies.
• May draft and negotiate contracts such as confidentiality agreements and other types of agreements.
• Work with other members of the Legal team on special projects and initiatives
• Exercise discretion and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned by General Counsel.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Paralegal certificate required with five (5) years of related experience
