Job Description
Job Location: Fort Mohave AZ
Attractive Signon bonus and Full Relocation for a 3year commitment.
Position Summary
- Assures the delivery of patient care with the skills of an experienced Registered Nurse.
- Ensures continuity of patient care
- Serves as a resource for subordinate staff
- Facilitates problem solving
- Assists with Quality Improvement Activities and staff education
- Assues compliance with established policies and procedures and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
MustHaves
Graduate of a Program in Nursing at Bachelors of Science level or higher required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) American Heart Association required upon hire
- Arizona Registered Nurse and/or Compact State Registered Nurse required
- Minimum of 2 years as director of Surgical Services in a critical care hospital required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) American Heart Association required upon hire
NiceToHaves
- Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) preferred
- Masters degree preferred
- 5 years in Surgical Services t leadership or leadership in critical care hospital upper management
- Moderate Sedation Certification preferred
