Job Description

Job Duties

  • Exemplary demonstration of our values in all areas of performance.
  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels such as cold calling cold emailing social media outreach and online research.
  • Assess the suitability of leads to determine their potential as qualified prospects.
  • Initiate contact with leads with targeted communication generate interest in our products and services.
  • Build relationships with leads provide relevant information address queries and guide on sales process.
  • Schedule appointments or demonstrations for Account Managers with qualified leads who have interest in learning more about our products.
  • Maintain uptodate records of prospecting activities and lead interactions in Salesforce track progress and effectively manage pipeline.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers on seamless handoff of qualified leads and provide essential information to facilitate successful sales conversations.
  • Provide feedback on insights gained from lead interactions to optimize lead generation strategies and improve targeting efforts through marketing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and product knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs such as lead generation targets conversion rates and activity metrics.
  • Gather feedback from leads: needs pain points and preferences to inform product development marketing strategies and sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with all departments to align lead generation efforts with broader company goals.
  • Serve as a positive and professional ambassador for the company maintaining a strong brand image and fostering positive relationships with leads and potential customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required experience:

  • 1 year minimum experience in previous internship or industrial sales experience
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a technical field with sales experience.
  • Longterm interest in a clientfacing sales career
  • Competitive spirit and the drive for results
  • Exemplary problemsolving skills and the resourceful ability to take initiative
  • Coachable and enjoys learning in a fastpaced sales environment
