Electrical maintenance manager

1. Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule. Ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out as per the plan.

2. Lead the team effectively to reduce the breakdown occurrences improve Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) equipment wise.

3. Daily work management of the team for effective execution and timely follow up.

4. Maintenance budgeting consumption and part failure analysis across the lines.

5. Monitor and control maintenance inventory and ensure availability of spares.

6. TPM PM Pillar implementation. Machine tree mapping.

7.Achieve Cost reduction through continuous improvement initiatives standardisation of spares inhouse services localization.

8. Breakdown Maintenance AMC & External contract Maintenance

9. Perform root cause analysis WhyWhy Fish bone analysis of machine breakdowns plan and take permanent corrective actions.

10. Create quick reference trouble shooting guides for problem analysis.
