1. Responsibilities:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction
Research identity and arrange meetings with prospective clients marquee on ground and online properties
Visualise and articulate how potential partners should be relooking at their marketing roadmap and where product fit in optimally
Coordinate with the legal team in preparing the sales contracts adhering to the rules and guidelines
Ensure that all brand entitlements are delivered to the partners delight
Build long term relationships with new and existing clients/partners
Develop junior talent into valuable salespeople
Be deeply involved in catalyzing new ideas/innovations for partners. This would require co ordinating with brand/creative teams within and at the partners end
2. Qualifications & Skills:
Knowledge and understanding of Sport or Entertainment sponsorship market
Proven record of working as a business development manager
Experience in relationship management would be a plus
Proficiency in MSOffice and Google Docs
Ability to look at Sport as a medium / vehicle for brands to achieve key marketing objectives
Masters degree or equivalent education
