Handling region volumes & ensuring profitability
Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Responsible for sales( disbursement ) for the
region Region business volumes Logins / sanctions disbursement Team recruitment & retention Cross sell to existing customers Soft collection Liaison with bank credit team for smoother TAT BTL activation Team Management / training Team Productivity Responsible for third party product penetration Responsible for developer and DMA relations
