Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Leadership:
Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from concept to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource plans.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including mechanical civil and
procurement departments.
2. Design and Engineering:
Oversee the preparation of electrical design documents specifications and
drawings.
Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and standards.
Review and approve electrical designs ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
3. Procurement and Construction Support:
Collaborate with procurement teams to source electrical components and
systems.
Provide technical support during the procurement process.
Oversee installation testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
4. Quality Assurance and Control:
Implement quality control measures for all electrical engineering activities.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications
and standards.
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
5. Team Management:
Lead mentor and develop the electrical engineering team.
Foster a collaborative and highperformance team environment.
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development
opportunities.
6. Client and Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for electrical engineering matters with
clients and stakeholders.
Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and senior management.
Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project execution.
7. Health Safety and Environment (HSE):
Promote and ensure adherence to HSE standards and practices.
Participate in HSE audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering with at
least 5 years in a senior management role within the EPC/Pharma EPC/
Semiconductor/ FMCG EPC industry.
Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is
preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Indepth knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
Other Requirements: Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
