About the Company

We are looking for an experienced User Experience designer to lead the design of an Application with the goal of onboarding millions of creators and their fans. Powered by web3 technology this platform is an incentivization application granting users points based on their social engagement metrics. The app is in beta and we’re looking for a selfdriven designer with passion for creating excellent user experiences to onboard new users and keep them engaged in the app. Working as part of a crossfunctional team you will be instrumental in designing new app features defining user journeys creating engaging UX and supporting the VP of Product to turn their vision into reality. You will be championing a userfirst mindset from an enduser perspective but also in terms of brand partner experience.

• Champion a userfirst mindset and bring this to life in designs and prototypes of the products.
• Produce designs and prototypes of new features of the app.
• Facilitate feature and product discovery activities.
• Validate new features with users to inform the product roadmap.
• Lead user testing sessions to test new features and prototypes with end users.
• Work with product managers to define and describe work to support rapid delivery of the products and app features.
• Build user journeys that appeal to both web2 and web3 users.
• Finding viable workarounds to overcome the limitations of usability of web3 products

• C1 English level with excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Must Have)
• 3 years of experience as UX/UI designer
• Expert in Figma (creating mockups designs and prototypes)
• Experience in UX design of B2C applications
• Rapid prototyping skills (ideation prototype and validation of new features)
• User / UX testing skills
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders on all levels across the business.
• Previous experience at a fastpaced startup.
• Be able to work well in a remote and distributed team.

Desirable skills and experience

Experience in designing apps for creators or within the creator economy sector

Designing apps and interfaces used by 1 million users

Experience knowledge or passion for web3 and crypto is a plus

Experience in creating designs for massconsumer mobile apps is a plus

Experience of using JIRA with product and development team
