• Identify and gather data from multiple sources including internal databases external repositories and market research.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the acquisition of relevant and accurate data.
• Proven experience in data analysis
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Handson experience with Azure services such as Azure Cost Management and Azure Data Lake.
• Experience with Snowflake data warehouse platform and experience working with Snowflake usage reports.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Experience in cost reporting and optimization in cloud environments is a plus.

• Conduct indepth data mining to extract valuable information related to customer behaviour preferences and trends.
• Analyse large datasets to identify patterns correlations and actionable insights that contribute to business growth.

• Generate comprehensive and visually appealing reports summarizing key findings and recommendations.
• Communicate complex data analysis results clearly and understandably to the Owner/Director.

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to funnel leads based on datadriven insights.
• Contribute to the development of strategies for customer engagement retention and acquisition.

• Ensure the accuracy completeness and integrity of collected data through rigorous quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to address data quality issues and enhance data integrity.
