Job Description

Overview:

The School Admin plays a crucial role in managing the administrative operations of the school ensuring efficient communication between staff students and parents and driving the organization s success through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily administrative operations
  • Supervising administrative staff and delegating tasks
  • Developing and implementing school policies and procedures
  • Managing school budgets and financial records
  • Coordinating school events and activities
  • Collaborating with teachers and staff to address student needs
  • Communicating with parents and addressing their concerns
  • Ensuring compliance with educational regulations and standards
  • Implementing technology solutions to streamline administrative processes
  • Handling student enrollment and admissions
  • Conducting staff evaluations and performance reviews
  • Participating in strategic planning for the schools growth
  • Resolving conflicts and disciplinary issues
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with the community

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Education Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in school administration or education management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting
  • Ability to use educational technology effectively
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
