Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Facilitate learning through creative and engaging activities
• Assess and record student progress and behavior
• Establish and maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their childs progress
• Collaborate with other educators and professionals
• Attend professional development workshops and seminars
• Address individual learning needs and behavioral challenges
• Provide feedback and encouragement to students
• Supervise meal times nap times and outdoor activities
• Manage classroom materials and resources
• Participate in parentteacher conferences and school events
• Adhere to relevant policies and regulations
• Contribute to the overall school community
• Implement and uphold best practices in early childhood education

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field
• Stateissued teaching certification or license
• Prior experience working with young children
• Knowledge of child development principles and theories
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and empathy when dealing with children
• Ability to differentiate instruction based on students needs
• Familiarity with diverse teaching methods and techniques
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a childcare setting
• Creativity in designing appropriate learning experiences
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic classroom setting
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
