HireNow Staffing is in search of an experienced and committed Director of Surgery Services to head our clients surgical department in Fort Mohave AZ. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership abilities comprehensive knowledge of surgery and a dedication to providing topnotch patient care.
Job title: Director Of Surgery Services
Location: Fort Mohave AZ
Salary: $118000.00 $150000.00
Signing Bonus: Yes
Bonus Description: $20000 signon bonus and $5000 Relocation for a 3year commitment
Relocation Package: Full
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the surgical services department ensuring efficiency and high standards of care.
- Staff Management: Recruit train and manage a team of surgical professionals fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance departmental performance and patient outcomes.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the surgical services budget ensuring costeffective operations while maintaining quality care.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing Healthcare Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Masters degree preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in surgical services or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years as director of Surgical Services in a critical care hospital required
- Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Arizona or and/or Compact State Registered Nurse required
- Skills: Strong organizational communication and leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and improving surgical services.
- Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) American Heart Association required upon hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) American Heart Association required upon hire
- Moderate Sedation Certification preferred
