Remote based anywhere in Poland, this role requires a resourceful individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. You will help scale our business, drive revenue growth, and enhance our brand. What You Will Do Market Analysis and Strategy Development: • Conduct comprehensive analysis of market data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Use these insights to inform and develop effective sales strategies and tactics. • Monitor and evaluate competitors' activities, products, and market positioning. Develop strategies to enhance our competitive edge. Sales and Marketing Support: • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to guide strategic decision-making. • Create and distribute regular reports that provide insights into sales performance, market trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Gather and disseminate market intelligence to support sales and marketing initiatives. • Plan and optimize sales territories to ensure effective coverage and maximize sales opportunities. • Analyze pricing strategies and recommend adjustments to stay competitive while maintaining profitability. • Track and analyze key performance indicators to monitor the effectiveness of sales activities and campaigns. • Oversee the lead management process, ensuring timely and effective follow-up on sales leads. • Maintain open lines of communication with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
