Your daily tasks will be

Independently gather information from subject matter stakeholders to develop organize and write procedure manuals technical specifications process documentation;
Maintain already created documentation;
Evaluate current content and develop approaches for improvement (work with the team to bring the spec library up to modern standards to reduce misinterpretation errors or the need for the development team to gather information from different sources);
Actively participate as a member of a team in all meetings where requirements are discussed;
Ensure the desired deliverables are obtained from kickoff meetings or projectrelated meetings and deliverables are properly documented in the specification documents;
Liaise with developers product owners product manager QA marketing and stakeholders to ensure that the needs of all relevant parties are usable and congruent with the product;
Produce Certification documentation (Game Specs) when required;
Ensure the specs are completed in the schedule;
Share important or relevant information with the teams;
Develop the writing style to match the standard expected of functional specifications and certification documentation.

Ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics;
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for prioritization;
Firm understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC);
Ability to react to change and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
