Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - Nice One

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our Frontend systems. As a Senior QA Analyst you will be responsible for the entire QA lifecycle from designing and executing test plans to collaborating with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues. You will also be instrumental in improving our QA processes and driving a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements and specifications.
• Conduct various types of testing including functional nonfunctional usability regression testing and performance testing.
• Identify document and report bugs and defects in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate effectively with development teams to resolve defects and ensure timely delivery of highquality products.
• Analyze test results and identify trends to proactively identify and mitigate potential quality risks.
• Be aware of and advocate for the use of automated testing frameworks and tools to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Stay uptodate on the latest QA methodologies and tools and recommend improvements to our QA processes.
• Create and maintain clear and accurate test documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback on quality aspects.
• May mentor junior QA team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA Analyst role.
• Proven experience in designing developing and executing test plans and test cases.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with various QA methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile Selenium Jira etc.) is a plus.
• Experience in ecommerce & apps is a plus.
