Quality and follow-up engineer

Education and Training: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Higher degrees may be beneficial, and advanced certifications in quality management may also be beneficial.

Experience in the field of quality: It is preferable that the quality engineer have previous experience in the field of quality management, inspection, assurance, or follow-up, and it is preferable that this experience be in an industry similar to the company for which he is applying.

Knowledge of Quality Management Tools: The Quality Engineer must have a deep understanding of Quality Management tools and techniques such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts, Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean and Six Sigma concepts and methods.
