Billing Executive - DSV Solutions Private Limited

• Generate and distribute invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices.
• Maintain detailed records of invoicing transactions including customer information billing amounts and payment statuses.
• Collaborate with sales finance and other departments to resolve invoicing discrepancies and address customer inquiries.
• Process billing adjustments and credits as necessary following established procedures.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure prompt payment and minimize delinquencies.
• Prepare periodic reports on invoicing activities including aging reports and revenue projections.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to invoicing and billing processes.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve invoicing efficiency and accuracy through process enhancements and automation.
• Provide support during audits and financial reviews by maintaining organized and accurate invoicing records.

Experience of Logistic industry is preferred.
