International Trade Executives - NVOCC - Ambition

We are looking for International Trade Executives from the logistics & sea trading background only

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong longterm relationships with key clients.
• Develop strategic account plans tailored to each key account.
• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through up selling and crossselling.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts and pricing agreements.
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for key clients within the organization.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and progress reports to management.
• Proactively address issues and resolve conflicts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and minimize churn within key accounts.
• Seek feedback to continuously improve products services and customer experience.

Skills:

1. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.

2. Proven managerial skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

3. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

4. Proficiency in MS Office suite particularly Excel.

5. Knowledge of freight Taxes

Education:
Bachelors/Masters

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: Up to Rs90000.00 per month
