We are looking for an enthusiastic & result oriented Telesales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound & inbound calls to prospective customers and from provided leads and cold calling lists.
• Establish longterm relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer lists
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Answer incoming calls emails and inquires and provide information to customers & Leads
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Skills required:

• Customerfocused mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service to clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have fluent English speaking skills
• Proven experience as Telesales representative or other sales/customer services role
• Previous experience in outbound telesales or a similar sales role is preferred
• Ability to learn about products and describe/explain that to clients
• Strong listening presentation and decisionmaking skills
• Minimum 4 years of Telephone sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of International Call Center / Business Development Experience of Telephone Sales in North American Market
