Tasks

Heres why youll love this role:

In this role youll be the friendly voice behind the scenes fostering positive relationships and exceeding customer expectations. Youll provide exceptional service manage our French social media community and leverage your multilingual skills to create a truly international customer experience.

  • Every email every question is your chance to shine. (Think capes are optional but amazing communication skills are a must!)
  • We communicate with a special Librio twist (think adorable forest animals!)
  • and youll be the one charming our French social media community.

Youll make an impact by:

  • Deliver exceptional service by email addressing inquiries and requests in a timely professional manner because at Librio our Customer Service is our Strength.
  • Become an expert in our unique customer communication style incorporating our fun animalthemed approach to build rapport and create lasting smiles.
  • Utilize your fluency in English French & German (Spanish a plus!) to provide exceptional service to our diverse customer base across Europe.
  • Manage and curate engaging content for our French social media community showcasing the magic of Librios products.

Requirements

Were looking for someone who:

  • Proven customer service experience: A track record of exceeding expectations and fostering positive customer relationships.
  • Multilingual proficiency: Fluency in English French is essential and German and Spanish is a plus
  • First Social media expertise: First Experience managing and engaging online communities in French.
  • Adept learner: Enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and mastering new digital tools.Passion for exceptional service: A dedication to creating positive experiences for every customer.
