Billing Associate with Fluent level of English

Tasks

As a Billing Associate you will be responsible for:

You will process and manage invoices and ensure timely billing.

You will monitor billing transactions.

You will reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client inquiries.

You will maintain accurate billing records and documentation.

You will take care of the dunning process and bad debt management.

You will collaborate with the finance and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.

You will assist in monthend closing activities and financial reporting.

Requirements

Youre the person we are looking for if:

You have a fluent level in English (both written and spoken).

You have at least 2 years of experience in billing order to cash or collections.

You have experience with billing software (SAP Brim or Hybrid will be a plus).

You have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

You have excellent interpersonal skills.

You have flexibility and ownership.
