REMARKETING SPECIALIST 100 mwd hybrid

Your mission

As
REMARKETING SPECIALIST (100% m/f/d hybrid)
you will support all operational processes at LeaseTeq in Switzerland and report directly to the Chief Operations Manager (COO).

• Managing the operational remarketing processes including offering and pricing
• Managing the processing of incoming lease returns
• Communication with remarketing partners
• Alignment of internal & external processes with remarketing partners
• Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer preferences for remarketing plans
• Managing the inbound requests and applications from customers
• Support of the customer care team with comprehensive customer support and consulting by phone and email throughout the entire leasing life cycle in the front and back office (contract adjustments vehicle delivery terminations or damage reports)

Your profile

• Are you professionally trained and have several years of experience in business operations
• Do you have a basic understanding of how leasing works
• Do you have a good understanding of processes
• Do you always put the customer first and are you a team player
• Are you comfortable using tools such as Atlassian/Slack and other emerging technologies
• Are you a selfstarter and solutionoriented person
• Do you have a talent for communication and are fluent in German Englishand French
