Tasks

Across Germany participants use the education voucher to join programs free of charge. We are looking to optimize the sales and admissions process for our client in Germany and make it easier for participants to register with the Bildungsgutschein.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative who will be responsible for guiding people through the admissions process (presales) managing the sales pipeline and enrollment and providing the best customer service.

The ideal candidate will have worked in sales and admissions in the education or vocational training sector and supported people through the education voucher approval process.

Our client has a compact team and are looking for candidates who excel in sales and are able to take action. We expect the candidate to help create a scalable process that enables thousands of participants in Germany to enroll in our programs.

We are open to fulltime parttime or freelance candidates onsite or remote. Very good German language skills (written and oral) are required.

Requirements

You will contribute to building and scaling Masterschools sales and admissions process in the German market. You will be responsible for:

  • Sales creating and tracking key metrics and KPIs to ensure strong pipeline management and conversion. Thinking about how to make the sales process more effective and collaborating crossfunctionally to optimize results.
  • Admissions You will support participants with the submission of educational voucher requirements. You will reach out directly to candidates to remove barriers minimize dropouts and ensure they meet all requirements for admission.

Team members work at all levels always have an eye for detail and are motivated to complete any task big or small to achieve appropriate results.
