Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our Greenfield project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales excellent communication skills and a proven ability to drive business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and achieving sales targets for our newly established project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the project’s goals.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management.
  • Sales Execution:

    • Conduct sales presentations product demonstrations and negotiations.
    • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
    • Close sales deals and ensure timely followup with clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated with industry developments competitors and market conditions.
    • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
    • Provide feedback to management on product/service improvements based on client feedback.
