Taj Al safa Real Estate Development Company is urgently looking for “Graphic Designer” to join immediately as per the following:
Responsible for creating visually appealing designs for all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media posts, billboards, the website, and others that convey certain messages or information, focusing on branding, typography, layout, and the overall principles of design composition.
1. Visual Branding:
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the company and its properties.
2. Marketing Materials:
• Design brochures, flyers, signs, business card and other print materials to showcase properties.
• Develop digital content such as social media graphics, email templates, and online ads to promote listings and company news.
3. Property Presentations:
• Create compelling presentations and pitch decks for property showings and investor meetings.
• Design engaging visual content for virtual tours and online property listings.
4. Advertising Campaigns:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design eye-catching ads for print, digital, and outdoor advertising campaigns.
• Ensure that all advertising materials are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
5. Website and Digital Assets:
• Design and update the company's website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing interface.
• Create digital assets such as banners, icons, and infographics to enhance the website and other digital platforms.
6. Client Collaboration:
• Present design concepts and make revisions based on client feedback.
Advanced Skills :
• Mastering the layout, design, graphics, and style files for high-level designs, proposals, project deliverables, and reports.
• Ensuring and overseeing consistency of layout, fonts, colors, and branding across all pages, setting design standards.
• Creating sophisticated designs, infographics, comprehensive reports, high-impact presentations, detailed visuals, and illustrations as per project demands.
• Demonstrating advanced video production skills, including editing and animation, to create compelling multimedia content.
• Expertise in designing materials that align with and exceed goals and objectives, demonstrating a high level of understanding and implementation.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of past design experience in this role, managing projects from inception to completion
• Advance skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, as part of the work involves creating and editing videos.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Advanced media management and organizational skills
• Flair for design and exceptional attention to detail
• Good command of listening, reading, spoken, and written English
