Responsibilities:
• Oversee the conceptualization and creation of visual materials for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring high-quality and consistent design outputs.
• Maintain and evolve the company's brand identity, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines in all visual communications.
• Work closely with marketing, product management, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful design solutions.
• Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics created by team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations, integrating them into the design strategy.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4-6 years of professional graphic design experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead designer role.
• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design ss and creativity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication ss, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
