This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with schools and educational institutions in New South Wales to promote offerings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers including principals and business managers.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the team to systemize sales processes and improve efficiency.
Provide feedback on sales processes and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.
Increase brand visibility and awareness within the educational sector.
Implement strategies to promote Rands brand and services to new and existing clients.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest product knowledge and sales techniques.
Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices within the team.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction of new clients.
Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales preferably in the educational sector.
Strong understanding of the educational landscape in Australia
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Desired Skills:
Experience in systemizing sales processes and improving operational efficiency.
Knowledge of digital marketing and brand promotion strategies.
Ability to train and mentor new team members.
