Job Title: DevOps Automation Manager

• Automation & Tooling: Develop configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to startup and certification. Assess processes take measurements and interpret data. Design run test and upgrade systems and processes.
  
• Team Leadership & Development: Oversee a team of DevOps engineers providing guidance and support in their daily tasks and longterm career growth. Foster a collaborative innovative and resultsoriented environment within the team.
  
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with development teams to integrate their projects into the production environment and ensure their ongoing support. Act as a liaison between technical and nontechnical departments.
  
• Strategy & Innovation: Continuously evaluate existing systems and practices to identify areas for improvement or updates. Stay informed on industry trends and innovations applying them to drive business improvements.
  
• Infrastructure Management: Manage and improve the company s IT infrastructure focusing on automation and the implementation of scalable systems that support enterprise growth.
  
• Risk Management & Troubleshooting: Implement efficient and secure practices for data handling and software development. Handle ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of all automation systems.
