Application Support Analyst IV - INR

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Business Support Operations Team supporting

the Marketing domain. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fastpaced environment and enjoy deriving clarity from complexity using data and insights.

Reporting to the Senior Manager this role involves interaction with diverse stakeholders from Marketing Marketing Technology Enterprise Engineering and Marketing Product Management organizations. In this role you will help resolve incidents build & monitor observability solutions help enrich knowledge base articles manage a portfolio of marketing tools & their integrations and regularly share reports & analytics.

We are hybrid and remote friendly. We come onsite when needed for meaningful meetings.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Support:

Manage lead lists and CRM campaigns ensuring compliance and accuracy of details.
Oversee the development of targeted invite lists for marketing tactics coordinating with other teams as needed.
Collaborate with teams outside of marketing such as our Business Intelligence / Data Analytics team to prepare advanced analytics and insights.
Reporting and Analysis:

Generate recurring reports and dashboards to provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing ROI.
Collaborate with marketing teams to answer questions provide insights and develop actionable recommendations.
Coach marketing executives on the use and interpretation of the results with a clear understanding of marketing operations reporting.
Understand systems and operating model to identify data gaps and improvement areas.
Incident management:

Ensure world class operations of Marketing applications that support critical business processes.
Provide subject matter expertise and technical support on the operations carry out service requests as submitted by our stakeholders resolve process and/or system issues and provide education on Enterprise Application features.
Act as the primary liaison for all Marketingrelated inquiries and issues swiftly resolving incident tickets to ensure operational continuity and user satisfaction.
Be able to prioritize customer needs and promptly escalate their issues.
Be able to align work hours to provide support in AMER and EMEA time zones.
Be involved in projects that implement new features or functionality with the goal to ensure post launch supportability.
Assist in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of applications.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience with Marketo and Salesforce with a strong understanding of Marketo tokens data structures smart campaigns and filters.
Experience managing Marketing Technology platforms (such as Rainfocus 6Sense Marketo Salesforce ZoomInfo Allocadia Folloze Wistia Seismic etc.) to ensure automated lead flow and prompt execution across platforms.
Demonstrated experience in marketing automation and inbound/outbound practices.
Clear understanding of campaigns lead routing and data management between sales and marketing systems.
Proficiency in data management building data extensions/segments and preparing data for import/upload.
Ability to draw insights from reporting and effectively communicate results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Working Knowledge of AWS.
Experience working in Python.
Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Adaptable and quick learner.

The ideal candidate will be certified in Marketo or interested in becoming certified and have a strong understanding of API integrations between different marketing technologies.
