Job Description
- Prepare complex pleadings and written discovery
- Conduct depositions and draft motions and briefs with minimal supervision
- Independently manage a litigation caseload from intake through completion
- Draft motion and brief arguments effectively
- Handle cases autonomously with strong time management skills
Qualifications
- Admitted to the New York Bar
- 35 years of relevant experience in commercial and construction litigation
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent research and writing abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel
