Job Description

• Prepare complex pleadings and written discovery
• Conduct depositions and draft motions and briefs with minimal supervision
• Independently manage a litigation caseload from intake through completion
• Draft motion and brief arguments effectively
• Handle cases autonomously with strong time management skills

Qualifications

• Admitted to the New York Bar
• 35 years of relevant experience in commercial and construction litigation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent research and writing abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel
