Position: General Manager
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience: 20 Years
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in civil engineering with extensive handson experience in the execution of highrise commercial and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the execution of projects ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Ensure adherence to safety norms including ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Oversee procurement processes and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Education: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience:
- Minimum 18 years in civil engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of independent project execution experience.
- Currently holding a DGM or higher position for the past 3 years.
- Proven experience in the execution of highrise (Above G10) commercial and residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil certifications and compliance during building slab construction.
- Comprehensive understanding of procurement and QC processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage largescale projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
