Working Hours : MF 9am5pm EST

Salary : 2500USD to 2800USD

Summary of Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our company as Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain process. Your primary focus will be on ensuring product compliance quality assurance and continued packaging improvements maximizing efficiency costeffectiveness and customer satisfaction. This is a crucial role with exponential room for growth that requires strong leadership strategic thinking and exceptional problemsolving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure product compliance & negotiate agreements.
• Conduct quality and compliance audits identify gaps & recommend corrective actions.
• Assess & manage risks associated with noncompliance.
• Prepare accurate documentation of product compliance & submit regulatory reports.
• Coordinate product & amp; packaging testing & certification processes.
• Interface with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders.
• Ensure product labels and marketing materials comply with laws.
• Manage product recalls and implement corrective actions.
• Stay informed about environmental regulations & integrate sustainable practices.
• Monitor KPIS & identify opportunities for process improvement & automation.
• Assist in branding & the design of innovative packaging solutions.
• Ensure packaging protects products during transportation & storage.
• Streamline packaging processes & optimize inventory management.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align packaging with product strategy.
• Troubleshoot supply chain issues within Amazon Seller Central.
• Assist in forecasting & demand planning.
• Implement risk management strategies in the supply chain.
• Analyze supply chain data & provide actionable insights.
• Assisting in International expansion into Canada Mexico EU etc

Requirements

• 24 years of experience in the same or similar role
• Proven work experience in Compliance & Packaging or Supply Chain Management.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced & dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles procurement compliance and packaging.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software & Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience with Amazon & Seller Central is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English and availability during US business hours.
