Position: Technical Data Analyst

Required Skills

Proficiency in Snowflake Mattilion and DataStage for data processing and integration.

Must have minimum 2 to 3 years of Healthcare insurance domain experience.
Experience with EDR (Electronic Data Repository) SSDS (Secure Data Storage) and ADF (Azure Data Factory).
Expertise in ELT (Extract Load Transform) processes for data manipulation.
Familiarity with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) CCDA (Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture) and HL7 (Health Level Seven) standards.
Capable of CCDA to FHIR conversion and data curation tasks.
Knowledge of Azure Cosmos DB Azure SQL DB and Azure Synapse Analytics for cloudbased data storage and analysis.
Skills in data warehousing principles and data modeling techniques.
Experience in data analysis data mapping and data transformation techniques.
Minimum 57 years of experience in a similar role and level.

Responsibilities
Utilize Snowflake Mattilion and DataStage for efficient data processing and integration tasks.
Implement EDR SSDS and ADF for managing and processing healthcare data.
Execute ELT processes for transforming and loading data into target systems.
Perform CCDA to FHIR conversion and ensure data quality and integrity.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define data requirements and mappings.
Utilize Azure Cosmos DB Azure SQL DB and Azure Synapse Analytics for storing and analyzing healthcare data.
Design and implement data warehousing solutions to support reporting and analytics.
Analyze data to extract insights and support decisionmaking processes.
Document data analysis mapping and transformation processes for future reference.
Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on technical aspects of data analysis.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in data analytics and healthcare informatics.
