Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize injection molding/fabrication processes to improve efficiency and reduce production costs
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Implement process changes to improve product quality and consistency
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Lead process validation activities and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Conduct root cause analysis for processrelated nonconformances and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain process documentation including standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Provide technical support and training to production personnel
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and process feasibility
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process capabilities and reduce waste
• Support new product introductions and process scaleups
• Collaborate with suppliers to qualify new materials and processes
• Utilize statistical methods to analyze process data and make datadriven decisions
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations in the production area
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in injection molding/fabrication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Chemical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in injection molding or fabrication processes
• Strong knowledge of process optimization and lean manufacturing principles
• Experience in quality control and root cause analysis techniques
• Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in manufacturing
• Experience with process validation and documentation
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and quality management tools
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic production environment
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus
• Understanding of material properties and processing parameters
