Job Description
Focus areas Skill Development Health and Community Development.
Direct implementation and or through implementing partners.
This is an individual contributor role of taking the ownership and managing entire projects. Fieldwork and travel to sites is essential.
Coordinate and execute CSR activities with getting engagement of employees.
Coordinate between location SPOC for reports Photographs and Data.
Maintain data using MS office excel with errorfree MIS & prepare reports presentations articles case studies and other necessary documents and
keep those ready for audits.
Managing the portal with uploading the data.
Manage Digital CSR initiative partnering with social media.
Tasks NGO coordination
Supervise and monitor NGO deliverables to ensure effective execution aligned to scope of the
project within the timeline.
Monitor project KPIs Maintain MIS and share Monthly Project report in coordination with locations SPOCs NGOs and other concerned parties.
Compliance to project audit requirement.
Coordinate with NGOs for necessary documents for expenditure (bills invoices etc) quarterly basis and share with MLL CSR team to comply with internal audits.
Employee engagement Proactively drive awareness campaigns organise events internally to ensure active participation of employees at on
ground activities.
Candidate Requirement
Excellent interpersonal skills Well developed
communication skills both verbally and in writing. Business insight and commercial awareness working experience in the corporate CSR sector for 23 years is a must.
Selfstarter
Able to work and handle projects with minimal supervision.
Integrity and open for learning persuasive and selfconfident presenters able to sell in business cases.
Ready for extensive field work open to travel across India remote places parking hubs dhabas rural areas to work in the areas of skill development health and community development.
Fluency in English Hindi.
Understanding different contemporary social issues and coming out with innovative
solutions Influential with political and environmental awareness
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PPT is must) with analytical ability able to develop casestudies articulation of work for annual report and other social media.
