About mytalents

At mytalents we are an emerging startup providing Ai tools to make employees more productive and happier. We generate full video courses at the click of a button and help employees integrate AI tools like ChatGPT into their daily work.

You will be part of a team that grows together overcomes challenges and celebrates every success.

Tasks

• Take a leading role in building and enhancing our AIpowered backend for the mytalents course creator.
• Write clean maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Handle projects independently while coordinating with the team.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a software developer with experience in Python.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Experience with building RAG and AIpowered applications
• High level of creativity teamwork and a strong interest in shaping an innovative startup.
• Strong product focus everyone at mytalents thinks very customer focussed.
• Selfdriven with a handson mentality.

• Python and FastAPI for the backend.
• Modal as our backend infrastructure.
• NextJS & Vercel on the frontend.
• GitHub.
• PostgreSQL for the database.

We offer a competitive salary package that matches your qualifications and experience with a gross monthly salary starting at 58.000 per year for a 38.5hour week paid 14 times a year.
