7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Essential Functions
- Prioritize Safety: Treat safety as a fundamental value.
- Hazard Management: Identify report and resolve safety hazards as part of the site leadership team.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety policies adhere to safety procedures and work instructions maintain safety awareness and uphold housekeeping standards according to company guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality procedures and work instructions.
- Incident Handling: Assist in investigations root cause analysis and the development and implementation of corrective actions for potential nonconformances or incidents.
- Quality Strategy: Develop and implement longterm quality strategies and objectives aligned with the company’s vision mission values and longterm goals.
- Product Lifecycle Quality: Drive quality throughout the entire product lifecycle from conception to delivery and support including responsibilities for the material review board (MRB) and management of change (MOC).
- Policy Development: Identify needs and create implement and manage policies procedures and workflows in line with industry standards worldclass quality methodologies and company strategies.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry Material Science Engineering or a related field.
- Over 5 years of management experience.
- Proven experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis process improvement methodologies and quality assurance/control systems.
General Requirements
- Excellent communication skills including proficiency in English (speaking reading writing).
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership capabilities.
Preferred Requirements
- Training and experience in Lean methodologies.
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification with Black Belt preferred.
