Sales Interior Designer Residential Commercial

• Identify and generate qualified leads through research networking and outreach.
  
• Contribute to sales growth and quality customer service by addressing client inquiries and complaints
  
• Attend client meetings and presentations building strong rapport with clients
  
• Prepare and present customized proposals professionally.
  
• Respond to inquiries and bids promptly ensuring excellent followup.
  
• Negotiate and close sales demonstrating strong presentation and PR skills.
  
• Provide regular updates reports and analysis to management.
  
• Prospect for new business and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  
• Perform other assigned duties
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in related fields.
  
• Required skill(s): Basic design and presentation software such as AutoCAD Canva Adobe etc.
  
• Strong communication negotiation and organizational skills
  
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience with a proven sales record
  
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  
• Proven past sales record.
  
• Willingness to travel as needed.
  
• Advantageous to have design experience in commercial mixeduse and residential projects
